What they needed

A distributor with hundreds of products sold by the case, display or kilo, and customers asking for prices and stock on WhatsApp at all hours.

What we built

• Store management system: sales, stock, orders and customers.
• E-invoicing integrated with the SII inside the same system.
• Rafa, the AI agent on their WhatsApp: checks live prices and stock, takes the pickup order and enters it in the system.
• Automatic updates to the customer at every order status, invoices with the data the SII requires, and complaints passed to the team right away.
• The store keeps using WhatsApp Business on its phone: if someone on the team replies, Rafa steps aside.
